The demonstration site about alpaca farming which is aimed at small producers and farmers especially in developing countries, is almost ready. It is hoped it will be a useful contribution to the International Year of Natural Fibre.

Virtual Oscars for Small Business How-to DVDs
Looking at the real Oscars, I imagine watching Virtual Oscars on Second Life.
Those Virtual Oscars will celebrate, annually, the outstanding DVDs that have been produced about how-to for small businesses.
The how-to DVDs will have been produced in Second Life. There are many advantages to this strategy.

The how-to DVDs will have been produced in Second Life. There are many advantages to this strategy.
- Once the movements of a 3D human character are recorded, the character can easily be replaced by any other character. So, in the DVD options menu, the small business man or woman can select to watch whoever they want, for example, a Pakistani woman, or a Fijiian man.
- Any language can be selected from the options menu
